Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You can expect a shipment notification within 7-10 business days.
Q: I received my order and it doesn't fit/something is wrong with it. Can I return or exchange it?
A: We can only return/exchange NON-CUSTOM orders. We CANNOT exchange or return any custom jersey orders. Please send an email to email@example.com and follow the below procedure:
- Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition.
- All labels, tags, or other items that came with the product must be returned with the item
- Please include a note with an explanation with the item
